Location: Montclair, NJ (hybrid; some in-person preferred)

Schedule: Flexible, ~5–8 hours per week

Pay: $25–$45+/hour (based on experience)

Kinetic Minds is a small, growing studio, and we care deeply about families having a clear, calm, and positive experience from sign-up through the final class.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Operations & Family Experience Coordinator to support scheduling, communication, and customer experience.

This role is about clarity, warmth, and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate instructor schedules and coverage
• Coordinate with partner and rental spaces to secure locations and ensure classes run as scheduled
• Manage parent communication (email, reminders, updates)
• Respond to basic parent questions and concerns
• Track enrollments, attendance, and feedback
• Support class logistics and transitions
• Help improve systems for communication and follow-up
