Location: Montclair, NJ (in-person)

Schedule: Flexible, ~3–6 hours per week

Pay: $25–$45+/hour (based on experience)

Kinetic Minds uses shared laptops and simple software tools to support hands-on, creative learning. We’re looking for a Part-Time IT & Systems Coordinator to handle the behind-the-scenes tech that keeps classes running smoothly.

This is not a corporate IT role. There are no tickets, no on-call hours, and no enterprise systems. It’s practical, hands-on work that directly supports kids and instructors.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Setting up and maintaining a small fleet of Windows laptops
• Creating and managing child-safe user profiles
• Installing and updating required software
• Ensuring devices are charged, clean, and ready for class
• Troubleshooting basic issues (WiFi, logins, peripherals)
• Maintaining simple setup and inventory documentation
• Coordinating with instructors when tech issues arise
